Sussex Transport Care is a private-pay non-emergency medical transportation provider. At this time, we do not bill Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance directly.
Payment is the responsibility of the passenger, a family member, or another individual or organization arranging the transportation.
We're happy to provide a detailed quote before your trip, so you'll know the total cost in advance with no hidden fees.

Sussex Transport Care provides three types of non-emergency medical transportation to meet a wide range of mobility needs:
Ambulatory Transportation – For passengers who are able to walk independently or with minimal assistance.
Wheelchair Transportation – For passengers who remain seated in a manual or power wheelchair during transport. Our ADA-compliant vehicles are equipped with professional wheelchair securement systems for a safe and comfortable ride.
Stretcher Transportation – For passengers who must remain in a lying position throughout the trip. This service is commonly used for hospital discharges, rehabilitation transfers, and long-distance medical transportation.
